THE RESTAURANT
Alficon, a name inspired by barley (Alfi) and the icons and paintings that adorn the restaurant's premises, focuses on the combination of food and drink.
In collaboration with small local producers throughout Greece, it aims to promote pure Greek flavors and present biodynamic and natural wines.
With creativity and passion being our guides we change our menu every three months so you can taste dishes with seasonal ingredients. The extended and well thought wine list -consisting exclusively of Greek microwineries-
offers a perfect pairing option and completes the experience.

THE CHEFS
Between the square of Manos Hadjidakis and Kallimarmaro, in a neoclassical building on Ironda Street, Elvi-Dimitris Zyba and Nikos Vorias attempt to highlight the modern Greek cuisine, freed from the ideology that prevails around the gastronomic scene of Greece. Gathering culinary experiences from the best Greek and international cuisines, after three years of working together, they set a new and unique goal to implement the idea of Alficon in Athens.
